Sterling Liberty Bell Tea Ball with Stand

Designed to look like the historic Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, this bell shaped tea ball has the famous inscription starting, "PROCLAIM LIBERTY THROUGHOUT THE LAND AND ALL OF THE INHABITANTS THERE OF..." and the essential crack; the top of the bell which separates from the rest of the bell is punched with holes and has a ring in its center to which is attached a chain ending with a utility ring; the bottom of the bell is concaved and punched with holes and has a bead in its center representing the clapper; the tea ball stand is designed to look like the bell yolk on reinforced supports, that straddle the drip pan; the yolk of the stand has a hook in its center from which the tea ball hangs.
