Two candlesticks hinged together so that they close upon each other, like a clam shell, and fasten with a wire and bead catch, forming a compact carry-along for religious ritual while traveling; both candlesticks are round and stair-step in three graduations; the bottom of each stick is decorated with alternating Stars of David and arced wires that are applied flatly to the surface; at the joint of the first and second graduation spaced, evenly around the intersection on the first graduation, are decorations of arced wires on either side of a Star of David spaced
